OS Giken Close Ratio Gearsets have been carefully researched and designed for each engine's intended racing application, to formulate the most suitable gear ratios that maximize the engine's potential. The gears are intended to keep the engine in its optimal power range, allowing the vehicle to continue to accelerate as efficiently as possible.
Each OS Giken gear set component is designed and manufactured from high-quality forged materials, then undergoes intensive shot blasting, resulting in increased strength and durability. The gears are helical, rather than straight, to maintain quiet and smooth operation, providing comfort for street use and reliability for racing.
