The STR clutch product line is designed to handle a lot of power, while the clutch pedal remains relatively light. This technology emerged from our racers' demand for a lighter clutch during long endurance races in Japan. Heavy clutch pedals lead to driver fatigue during long endurance races. 

The STR2CD multi-plate damping clutches provide some forgiveness to the transmission by absorbing drivetrain shock, while delivering reliability and strength under heavy loads. The end result is a quiet and reliable clutch kit that will last for years before an overhaul is required. The STR2CD is rated for a maximum torque of approximately 575 lbs ft.
