Toyota 8" diff High-Capacity Differential Cover (1JZ, GT86, GR86, BRZ)

The extended OS rear differential cover is made of cast aluminum and is designed to assist with additional fluid capacity.

The standard capacity is relatively low in differential fluid and proves to be insufficient under heavy circuit abuse, leading to frequent fluid changes. Effectively doubling the fluid capacity has been proven to extend the fluid drain interval and will help improve the long-term health of the internal differentials and associated bearings and seals.

The cover is dimensionally identical to the OEM unit for precise fitment and maintenance of OEM side bearing tolerance. It also has additional ports to facilitate the installation of a differential cooler, as well as a temperature sensor for data collection.

-Increases total fluid capacity by up to 25% compared to the OEM lid
-Includes (2) 3/8 NPT port plugs
-Includes (1) 1/8 NPT port plugs
- Reuse of factory drain/fill bolts and OEM cover upper breather assembly
-Factory fasteners are reused.
